At WhatsHappening.ai, we believe in transparency and making sure you're completely satisfied with our service. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds work for your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription anytime. We believe in giving you complete freedom and control over your subscription - no questions asked, no hassle.
⏱️ Response Time: We typically reply to email cancellation requests within 24 hours.
Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged further.
We do not issue refunds once a paid subscription begins. Because you can fully evaluate WhatsHappening.ai for free — with 5 free reflections over 30 days and unlimited free access to Breathworks — before paying, you have ample opportunity to decide whether the service is right for you prior to subscribing. Subscriptions also grant immediate access to all paid features as soon as payment is processed.
WhatsHappening.ai is free to try — no upfront payment and no time-limited "trial" that auto-charges you. Every new user gets 5 free reflections to use within 30 days of signing up. Whichever comes first — using all 5 reflections, or reaching the end of the 30 days — marks the end of the free allowance.
After that, you'll no longer be able to add new reflections or create meditations without a paid subscription. Breathworks remain free forever, with or without a subscription, so you can keep using them at no cost.
Important: This gives you a genuine, no-pressure way to experience the service and decide whether it serves you before paying anything.
Once your paid subscription begins, charges are non-refundable. Our free tier (5 reflections within 30 days, plus free Breathworks for everyone) exists precisely so you can try the experience before committing. For this reason, we do not issue refunds after a subscription payment has been made, except where required by applicable law or as described in "Extreme Circumstances" below.

WhatsHappening.ai offers two subscription plans, both of which unlock full access to every feature, including unlimited reflections and meditations:
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period and renew automatically. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by that platform under its terms. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing cycle, you are not charged again, and you keep access to your data until the subscription ends. You're welcome to resubscribe at any time.
When your subscription ends, your account and data are handled according to our Privacy Policy and data retention practices. You may request data export or deletion by contacting us.
