Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime. We believe in giving you complete freedom and control over your subscription - no questions asked, no hassle.

How to Cancel:

Cancel In-App: Go to your account settings within the WhatsHappening.ai app and cancel your subscription directly. It's quick and straightforward.
Cancel via Email: Send us an email from your registered email address to abhi@whatshappening.ai and we will cancel the subscription on your behalf.

⏱️ Response Time: We typically reply to email cancellation requests within 24 hours.

Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged further.

Refund Policy

Our 7-Day Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can fully experience WhatsHappening.ai and verify if the service truly serves you. This trial period gives you complete access to all features without any charges.

Important: During these 7 days, you can explore the app, test all features, and decide if this therapeutic companion is right for your journey. Only if you agree to continue, will you be charged when the trial ends.

No Refunds After Subscription Starts

Since we provide a generous 7-day free trial period to evaluate the service, we do not issue refunds once your paid subscription begins.

This policy exists because:

You have a full week to try the service before any payment
The service is immediately accessible and usable upon payment
Your data and reflections are processed and stored securely from day one

Extreme Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations can arise. In extreme cases, such as:

Complete unavailability of the service
Major technical issues preventing you from using the app
Other significant service disruptions

Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have an exceptional circumstance, please email us at abhi@whatshappening.ai with details of your situation.

💡 Remember: Even if you don't qualify for a refund, you can always cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. (Refer to the Cancellation Policy above)

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period (monthly or annual). When you cancel:

You retain access until the end of the current billing period
No further charges will be made
Your data remains accessible until the subscription ends
You can always resubscribe later if you wish to return

Your Data After Cancellation

When your subscription ends, your account and data are handled according to our Privacy Policy and data retention practices. You may request data export or deletion by contacting us.
